So I've been cooking up a storm lately -- even though I did spill a pan of boiling water on my leg -- but I don't really feel I should post recipes I've tried, without photos diagramming the process and finished product. I'll be getting a camera soon so hopefully there will be proper posts shortly. In the mean time, have some more instructional pics.
